ServSafe® certification - at the show
The NAFEM Show is also an excellent opportunity for foodservice operators to get ServSafe® Food Safety Training for themselves and their employees. The complete ServSafe course and certification exam will be presented at half-day workshops during the show. The workshop costs $150; registration can be completed when signing up for The NAFEM Show.
Global Networking Event (GNE)
Network with fellow attendees and exhibitors before the show's opening and enjoy the premier nighttime spectacular at Epcot®, the Illuminations: Reflections of Earth light show. Tickets are only $10 per person.
All-Industry Celebration (AIC)
NAFEM will be honoring the recipients of their scholarship awards, made possible from contributions by foodservice industry leaders, as well as presenting the Doctorate of Foodservice, President's and William W. Carpenter Awards. The Doobie Brothers will be making a special musical appearance.
